I am going to run a 5k! I wrote it, so now I am officially committed to it!
I am going to run in my first 5k on November 17th, so I have just about two months to get ready for it (I work better with deadlines!). I am starting training tomorrow. Here is my two month Couch-to-5k Running Plan from coolrunning.com. I am so excited- I used to run back in my pre-child life. I can't wait to get that "I've got muscles in my abs" feeling back again! I hope the consistent exercise will help me return to pre-pregnancy size even faster.
