goals + menus | week of April 9


Goals for this week:

do:do video for Scripture memory for last month
prepare foods in advance for this week: rice, pilaf, beans {done mostly today}
organize a drawer
clean out 1-2 shelves in pantry
go grocery shopping {hopefully only twice this week- Sam's and Walmart!}
mail packages
plant garden veggies {we planted bushes and did flower beds this weekend- so exciting!}
list one ebay item
drink 2 liters of water daily
purge excess toys- 1 trash bag

read: 
three chapters of Knowing God by J.I. Packer

learn: 
three more verses of 1 Peter 2

be: 
merciful- pray every day for mercy opportunities and ways of showing it


dinner plans for this week:

M: veggie crockpot: new potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, and corn in water
T: multi-bean soup
W: Tex-Mex black bean lettuce wraps
T: greek salad w/tomatoes, olives, and banana peppers
F: dinner out {salad}
S: grilled {slight change} veggies: zucchini, squash, corn on the cob
S: sweet potatoes and salad
