I have come to LOVE roasted tomatoes, but I've never used thyme, so I'm interested to try it!
This recipe just makes me happy- kabocha squash and lentils are the ultimate real comfort foods! I'm officially drooling. :)

the crash potatoes look good! this fall, I want to go pick some apples and then make my own crockpot applesauce!
